The study offers the opportunity to understand the theoretical and applicative aspects of the formation of positive social thinking and prosocial behavior at students of pedagogical universities. The author investigated this problem and developed, tested and validated six strategies that ensure the formation of a successful specialist of pedagogical sciences. Proposed strategies: The strategy of selfreporting and social reporting; The strategy of creating emotional well-being and building better relationships with oneself and others; The strategy of focusing on values of constructivist perspective and on social knowledge in the field of auto/education and auto/training, in the field of educational process; Strategy focusing on values that identify us personally, professionally and socially; The strategy of establishing and pursuing consistently the right goals and the strategy of building and strengthening positive feelings. At the same time, the study contains a number of methods, the exploration of which will ensure the valorisation of the exposed strategies.
