The course is devoted to the analysis of contractual relations between EU and non EU enterprises in the business sphere. The course consists of two parts: the General part and the Special part. The General part of the course is devoted to all key issues of business contracts. The Special part of the course is devoted to the analysis of different types of business contracts (trade, distribution, agent, franchising etc.).
