History of British Literature

The English Language course is very interesting and very important, it gives students the chance to study writing in English from its origins in Anglo-Saxon England to the literature of the 20th  centuries. Students will study the  literature of the British Isles and will understand about people, their culture and their  history. Studying literature  involves the development of sophisticated reading skills and of an ability to place literary texts in their wider intellectual and historical contexts.
